The Role We are looking for a Senior OHS Technician to take a strategic role in managing and developing Occupational Health, Safety, and Hygiene practices, ensuring legal compliance, risk prevention, and healthy working environments, in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee OHS processes in a corporate environment Coordinate audits, risk assessments, and corrective/preventive action plans Supervise ergonomic assessments, occupational hygiene, and air quality monitoring Oversee investigations of workplace accidents and occupational illnesses Manage chemical products and define safe handling practices Develop procedures, training programs, and awareness campaigns Analyze and report OHS performance indicators Ensure proper organization and compliance of legal documentation Profile Degree in OHS or related field Valid Senior OHS Technician certification (mandatory) Senior-level experience in similar roles, preferably in a corporate/multinational environment Strong knowledge of OHS legislation Analytical mindset, autonomy, and strategic vision Excellent communication and influencing skills Good command of English What We Offer Integration into a prestigious international organization Challenging projects with real impact Collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement Competitive salary and benefits package, aligned with experience Hours Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm Regime Hybrid - 8 mandatory days in the office
