What you will bring

• Maintain a positive,
  - oriented work environment by building partnerships, modeling teamwork and communicating in an open, balanced and objective manner
• Develop, implement and manage the core communication process for managing inventory, scheduling and deliverables
• Manage
  - based reports including: inventory, operations scheduling/planning, delivery performance metrics, operations status reports
• Work with the operations management to develop, implement and maintain both the individual and departmental performance metrics for Image Analysis
• Work on capacity and resource planning for all external technical resources
• Support the Operations teams with planning, process updates and timelines
• Identify areas for process improvement and help lead the updates
• May represent Image Analysis and Operations in both internal/external meetings
• May work on special projects as assigned by VP, Operations
• Compliance with internal SOPs

Your profile

• Bachelor’s Degree (preference in Life Sciences or similar) or equivalent education/work experience.
• Minimum of one to three years in a client facing role and one to two years in a clinical research environment is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly organized and motivated with good
  - solving skills
• General knowledge of applicable regulations is desired
• General knowledge of Good Clinical Practice desired
• Intermediate MS Office experience required
