Join our skilled Corporate Actions team where
- u2019ll process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions with precision while serving as a trusted advisor to our Investment organization. You-u2019ll leverage and contribute to our
- u2019s deep knowledge in complex setups and consequences, playing a key role in strategic initiatives across multiple asset classes. With our motivated vision for
- trade excellence, this role offers an ideal blend of operational excellence and strategic thinking in an evolving, challenging environment that will accelerate your professional development.

What you’ll be doing:

• Execute
  -
  - end corporate action processing across global markets and conduct reconciliations.
• Collaborate actively with key stakeholders including Portfolio Managers, custodians, and various internal and external business units.
• Seek to continuously optimize and automate processes to ensure scalable solutions are implemented and documented.
• Contribute to strategic projects and stakeholder meetings as a subject matter expert.

The team consists of highly skilled and passionate people with various backgrounds. The role is based in Oeiras (Quinta da Fonte).

Your experience and background:

• +3 years’ experience of Corporate Actions and profound knowledge within the financial industry operations area.
• Proficient in English skills (as we are an European asset manager).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service minded and have proficient problem solving skills.
