Position: Senior Operational Monitoring Analyst

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Type: Fulltime, Hybrid from Lisbon (2-3 days onsite per week)

Languages: French (minimum B2) and English (minimum B2)

Candidates must possess a valid work permit for Portugal

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a
- minded Senior Operational Monitoring Analyst to join our team in Lisbon. You will be responsible for monitoring the operational performance of our systems and data processes, utilizing advanced technologies such as SQL and Vertica. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying trends and anomalies in data, allowing us to improve operational efficiency and
- making.

Requirements:

• > 4 years’ experience as Operational Monitoring Analyst
• Proven experience in operational monitoring, data analysis, and incident management.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with Vertica or other columnar databases.
• Advanced Excel to support operational efficiency and performance tracking
• Excellent
  - solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Mandatory fluency in French (minimum B2) and English (minimum B2).
• Availability for a hybrid working model, based in Lisbon.

Key Responsabilities:

• Monitor and analyze operational data to ensure system performance and identify irregularities.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for operational reporting.
• Query and analyze large datasets using Vertica and SQL.
• Perform advanced data manipulation and reporting using Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc. ).
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
• Support business stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within operational monitoring.
