Your Role

• Evaluate
  -
  - end
  -
  - cash (O2C) processes for software transactions to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and scalability
• Collaborate with O2C process owners and
  - functional teams to streamline and optimize workflows for
  - related orders
• Ensure compliance with
  - specific requirements, including tax, legal, and licensing standards, across all O2C processes
• Implement process automation solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce manual efforts, and accelerate O2C cycle times
• Track and analyze key performance indicators to monitor progress, uncover opportunities and recommend
  - driven improvements
• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing support and consultation for
  - related O2C needs
• Maintain and document updates to O2C workflows to reflect process changes and ensure alignment across all relevant teams

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field (mandatory)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in
  -
  - cash (O2C) processes, with a focus on software transactions, process optimization, and business operations (mandatory)
• Experience in the semiconductor or technology industry, with an understanding of its unique O2C workflows and opportunities for optimization (nice-to-have)
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills, with the ability to engage with
  - functional teams to develop scalable processes and solutions (mandatory)
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken) to communicate effectively across teams and present strategies; German at a fluent level (written and spoken) is preferred
