We are looking for a Senior Oracle Database Developer to join a dynamic and collaborative data engineering team. This role focuses on the design, development, and optimization of Oracle-based data warehouse and reporting systems that support
- critical and regulatory processes in a
- paced,
- driven environment.

You will work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to build scalable solutions, optimize database performance, and contribute to the modernization of data platforms.

Main Tasks:

• Design and develop data warehouse components using Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable PL/SQL code for ETL processes, data transformation, and reporting.
• Implement complex reporting and analytics in areas such as Risk, Finance, and Regulatory Reporting.
• Collaborate with end users to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Refactor and enhance legacy systems to ensure scalability and
  - term maintainability.
• Leverage advanced Oracle features such as partitioning, parallel queries, compression, and analytical functions.
• Perform performance tuning and query optimization using tools like ASH and Real-Time SQL Monitoring.
• Participate in data modeling using techniques like Kimball, Data Vault, or 3NF.
• Contribute to agile development practices, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Technologies & Tools:

• At least 5 years of
  - on experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing principles, including dimensional modeling and normalization.
• Deep expertise in advanced SQL, including analytical functions, complex joins, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Oracle tools like AWR, ASH, and SQL Monitoring.
• Problem-solver with a proactive, independent mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
• Comfortable working in agile environments with
  - functional teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in finance or insurance industries.
• Working knowledge of Git for version control.
• Familiarity with Python for automation or scripting tasks.
• Experience developing apps in Oracle APEX.
• Interest in investment banking or financial products.
