Your role

As a Senior Out
Systems Developer, you’ll be the go‑to person for designing and maintaining our backend systems and integrations. You’ll work with modern and legacy APIs, build scalable, secure solutions, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using the Out
  Systems Platform
• Work extensively with Integration Studio to create and manage APIs, extensions, and external integrations
• Collaborate closely with architects, tech leads, and product owners to shape technical solutions aligned with business goals
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability across systems
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and design sessions
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between internal and external systems
• Mentor and support other developers within the team

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of professional experience in Out
  Systems 11 (Reactive, Traditional Web, and/or Mobile)
• ODC knowledge or experience is preferred.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Integration Studio
• Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and enterprise integrations
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and
  - solving mindset
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Work onsite in our vibrant Lisbon office with an international and supportive team
