What You'll Do

• Lead strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and Linked
  In
• Advise and report directly to senior marketing leaders (CMOs, VPs, Directors)
• Optimize campaigns through continuous testing, analysis, and iteration
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams including design, development, and content
• Translate data into actionable insights that inform marketing decisions
• Mentor junior team members and share your expertise
• Stay current with platform updates and bring innovative ideas to the table

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

• 4–5+ years of experience in PPC / performance marketing
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Linked
  In Campaign Manager
• Fluent English (near-native) with excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and
  - solving abilities
• Results-driven mindset with a sharp attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with other channels: Tik
  Tok, Pinterest, Bing, Twitter, Reddit
• Familiarity with GA4, A/B testing, and landing page optimization
• Previous team leadership or mentoring experience
• Strategic thinking beyond the brief — able to challenge and guide clients
