What You'll Do

• Strategy & Execution
  : Plan and lead performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Linked
  In, and other platforms
• Client Leadership
  : Advise and report directly to CMOs and VPs at top U. S. -based brands
• Campaign Optimization
  : Continuously test, analyze, and iterate to improve campaign performance
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  : Work with design, dev, and content teams to ensure integrated strategies
• Data Analysis
  : Turn numbers into insights and insights into action
• Mentorship
  : Guide and support junior team members
• Innovation
  : Stay ahead of platform trends and bring new ideas to the table

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

• 4–5+ years in PPC/performance marketing with
  - on experience managing campaigns
• Mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Linked
  In Campaign Manager
• Fluent (near-native) English – comfortable communicating directly with
  - level U. S. clients
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills
• Business-savvy and
  - oriented mindset
• High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Tik
  Tok, Bing, Pinterest, Twitter, Reddit
• Strong grasp of
  GA4
  , landing page optimization, and A/B testing
• Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior talent
