Senior Paid Search Specialist
Our client is a leading

They’re looking for a Paid Search Senior Specialist to develop and manage in-house paid search strategies. In this role, you’ll run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Bing, analyse performance data, and optimise results to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Search Strategy: Develop and implement paid search strategies to drive demand and business growth.
- Campaign Management: Manage and optimise paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Bing to maximise performance.
- Cost Optimisation: Optimise cost while maintaining quality and achieving revenue targets.
- Budget Management: Manage large paid search budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and achievement of financial targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report key paid search metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Align paid search strategies with broader business objectives through collaboration with other teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement ways to streamline and enhance paid search activities.
- Industry Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative and effective paid search strategies.
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in analytical fields such as Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Experience: Proven paid search and digital advertising experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Big
Query, Tableau, Excel, and platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and Bing. - Paid Search Expertise: Strong understanding of paid search strategies, best practices, and platforms.
- Skills: Strong analytical and
- solving abilities, excellent organisational and time management skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement and campaign success. - Communication & Language: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; fluency in English is required.
