We are currently looking for a Sénior Payroll Specialist to join and strengthen our HR department in Porto.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a
- oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our HR team. This role is key to ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with legal requirements, and providing support to employees on
- related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage
  -
  - net payroll processing for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Maintain and update payroll records and employee data.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation.
• Handle employee queries related to salaries, deductions, and benefits.
• Prepare and submit mandatory reports to government authorities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor law and payroll regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
