In Portugal, we have around 120 clients and a team of over 400 people, working on projects in sectors as diverse as Banking, Insurance, Transport, Aviation and Energy.

We are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to support the full payroll cycle for an international organization.

Responsibilities

• Run the full monthly payroll cycle using SAP.
• Validate payroll results, identify inconsistencies, and ensure accurate payslips.
• Process all payroll inputs: absences, overtime, bonuses, deductions, terminations, leave, etc.
• Ensure legal compliance and support statutory reporting.
• Prepare payroll files, reconciliations, and reports for Finance.
• Support employees with
  - related questions and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external stakeholders when needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience running payroll (Portuguese or international).
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, calculations, and
  -
  - end payroll processes.
• Experience using SAP as a payroll system (HCM or Success
  Factors EC) - mandatory.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Based in Portugal and available to work remotely.

Nice to Have

• Experience with international payroll environments.
• Knowledge of time & attendance processes.
• Advanced Excel skills.
