Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Enter data into the personnel administration system regarding contract changes, new hires, reinstatements, dismissals, extensions, data updates, and organizational changes.
2. Ensure correct implementation and use of the time and attendance system.
3. Enter and control monthly payroll supplements, including amounts withheld for judicial reasons.
4. Update employee profiles with relatives, dependents, functional diversity, bank accounts, and addresses, with supporting documentation.
5. Record and verify absences with supporting documentation.
6. Control employee documentation signatures: employment contracts, tax documents, data protection, redundancy payments, etc.
7. Respond to employee requests related to personnel administration.
8. Coordinate with the Head of Department to ensure accurate recording of hours worked according to local legislation and available control systems.
9. Sponsor the digitalization of HR/PA processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or HR administration roles.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and advanced English.
• Knowledge and application of the Labour Code.
• Experience with SAP Success
  Factors and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of the hotel industry is a plus.
