We are looking for a Pentester/Offensive Security Analyst to join a cybersecurity team and actively contribute to strengthening the organization's security posture through the identification and controlled exploitation of vulnerabilities.

Requirements:

• Experience in pentesting applications, systems, infrastructures, and networks;
  
  
• Solid knowledgeof offensive cybersecurity, attack vectors, and testing methodologies;
  
  
• Ability to critically analyze and assess risks;
  
  
• Experience in preparing clear and objective technical reports;
  
  
• Good communication skills for sharing results with technical and
  - technical teams;
  
  
• Team spirit andwillingness to collaborate in Red Team/Purple Team exercises;
  
  
• Certifications in offensive cybersecurity (e. G. , OSCP, CEH – valued);
  
  
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the objectives and requirements of security testing based on defined specifications;
  
  
• Define the scope of intrusion testing to be performed (applications, infrastructure, networks);
  
  
• Pentest Execution;
  
  
• Perform manual and automated intrusion tests in previously approved environments;
  
  
• Simulate internal, external, and application attacks to assess risks and vulnerabilities;
  
  
• Document methodologies, steps taken, and results obtained during testing;
  
  
• Analysis and reporting;
  
  
• Collaboration and continuous improvement;
  
  
• Participate in Purple Team exercises;
  
  
• Support other teams in understanding attack patterns, risks, and threats;
  
  
• Contribute to the development of internal tools that strengthen the organization's security.
