What you’ll do:

1. As part of the Global Performance Marketing team, oversee the strategic and operational management of digital marketing performance.
2. Generate insights by understanding our marketing channels, products, and customers across key and growth markets, focusing on maximizing marketing efficiency.
3. Conduct data analysis on
   - channel performance and
   - house attribution data, identifying fluctuations and developing optimization and testing plans.
4. Collaborate closely with Country Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand & Communication, and Data teams, leading
   - team projects and using your performance marketing expertise to drive growth strategies.
5. Analyze the success of key markets to establish and share global best practices.

Who we’re looking for:

1. You have 3+ years of relevant work experience, with a degree in economics, marketing, or data analytics.
2. You are highly
   - driven with strong analytical skills and a passion for
   - driven
   - solving.
3. You’re a structured thinker with excellent organizational skills to manage priorities and timelines effectively.
4. You have project management experience, successfully working with
   - functional teams to drive business results.
5. You bring a deep understanding of paid media with extensive expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate Marketing, and CRM.
6. You have experience in developing
   - funnel marketing strategies and understand marketing mix planning.
