What you’ll do and how you’ll impact the business:

• As part of the Global Performance Marketing team, oversee both the strategic and operational management of digital marketing performance.
• Gain deep understanding of marketing channels, products, and customers across key growth markets to maximize marketing efficiency.
• Conduct data analysis on
  - channel performance and
  - house attribution data, identify fluctuations, and develop optimization and testing plans.
• Collaborate with Country Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand & Communication, and Data teams; lead
  - team projects to drive growth strategies.
• Analyze the success of key markets to establish and share global best practices.

Who we’re looking for

• 3+ years of relevant work experience with a degree in economics, marketing, or data analytics.
• Highly
  - driven with strong analytical skills and a passion for
  - driven
  - solving.
• Structured thinker with excellent organizational skills to manage priorities and timelines.
• Project management experience, successfully working with
  - functional teams to drive business results.
• Deep understanding of paid media with extensive expertise in key ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate Marketing, CRM).
• Experience in developing
  - funnel marketing strategies and understanding marketing mix planning.
