The Senior PMO Delivery Manager drives the daily operational control of Solvay’s global SAP S/4HANA transformation. Managing a hybrid Agile/Waterfall model, you will ensure planning, reporting, and governance are seamless, providing a realistic view of program health and resource capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrated Planning: Maintain a Solvay-centric master plan. Align System Integrator (SI) schedules with internal business constraints, resource availability, and critical milestones.
• Reporting & KPIs: Consolidate metrics across Agile sprints and Waterfall phases. Produce weekly status packs and dashboards for the Head of PMO and Program Director.
• Operational Governance: Lead the weekly Program Status Meeting and support daily
  - ups and integration sessions. Track actions and decisions.
• Risk & Change Management: Own the operational risk, issue, and Change Request (CR) logs. Proactively identify bottlenecks and escalate structural risks to leadership.
• SI Coordination: Act as the primary counterpart to the Integrator’s PMO. Challenge data inconsistencies and ensure SI plans reflect reality on the ground.
• Standards & Tools: Administer PMO tools (Jira, dashboards) and ensure document repository standards are followed across all workstreams.

Profile Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ years in PMO/Project Management for
  - scale global transformations (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
• Background: Proven experience in a major Consulting or System Integration firm.
• Methodology: Expert in hybrid delivery (Agile/Scrum + Waterfall).
• Skills: Strong analytical ability, structured communication in English, and proficiency in Jira.
• Mindset: Solution-oriented, reliable, and comfortable managing diverse stakeholders in a
  - pressure environment.

Note: This position is in a hybrid model, 2x per week in the office, in Lisbon.
