Senior Problem Manager

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Senior Problem Manager to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Qualificações

• More than 9 years of experience;
• Previous experience as a Problem Manager or Continuous Improvement leader;
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes and Lean Six Sigma methodology (LSS Green/Black belt preferred);
• Good technological understanding of IT systems;
• Ability to provide reassurance in stressful situations;
• Fluent in English and French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collecting team needs for budget preparation and seasonal revisions;
• Controlling the quality of monthly billing and linear consumption of budgets;
• Keeping the IT workload plan updated and participating in
  - related meetings;
• Developing summaries and budget dashboards for business committees;
• Participating in transformation projects related to budget management processes and tools.
