You Are
You are an experienced process operations specialist with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement. You possess a strong background in quantitative disciplines such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, or economics, complemented by formal training in Process and Continuous Improvement frameworks and Project Management methodologies. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively convey complex information to both internal and external stakeholders. What You’ll Be Doing
- Define, implement, and control Product Operational overall processes, including Service Management and Project Management.
- Charter and evaluate existing processes to identify and implement improvements.
- Define and measure key indicators and metrics for up and downstream improvements.
- Align and define interfaces with different engineering groups and entities.
- Organize and accelerate
- functional project teams for global process definition and roll out. - Communicate and train teams on Processes and related tools.

- Ensure that teams are
- trained and equipped to utilize processes and tools effectively. - Contribute to the overall success and innovation of Synopsys by implementing best practices and new methodologies.
What You’ll Need
- MSc degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, economy, or other related fields.
- Demonstrable experience in formal Continuous Improvement frameworks (e. g. , ITIL) and Formal Project Management (e. g. , PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) with relevant training and credentials.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing PPM Portfolio and Project Management tools (e. g. , Clarity).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, both to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to craft actionable messaging to peers and drive process improvements.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Continuous Improvement and/or Project Management (or related areas).
- Previous experience in Consulting role(s) is also a plus.
