Job Description:

We are looking for a top professional who is ready to excel and is motivated by developing a portfolio of premium mobile games. You will be driving the entire pipeline of premium games development, from ideation, validation, to ensuring excellent execution. This role is remote within the CET zone.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product from scratch - from ideation through design, prototyping, implementation, release, and
  - release maintenance;
• Drive development teams to ensure the delivery of excellent games;
• Own the P&L and the product roadmap for premium games, both live and in development;
• Collaborate with Business Development to identify capable developers for premium product ideas;
• Pitch strong premium game opportunities to potential partners and publishers.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 6+ years experience in the Games Industry;
• Strong expertise in premium games development; knowledge of F2P is a plus;
• Relevant experience as a Lead Game Designer, Senior Product Manager, or Senior Producer;
• Strong skills in game design of premium titles; experience in creating creative game concepts from scratch;
• Experience working with outsourced development teams and partners is a plus;
• Experience shipping at least one game;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and pitching skills;
• Goal-oriented mindset and readiness to own the entire project;
• Excellent English proficiency;
• Passion for video games.
