Who You Are

Our Product Analytics team generates
- driven insights to help make key decisions to improve our products at tremendous scale. You are excited to immerse yourself in data, synthesize insights, and move fast in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Help to build an insights engine.
• Become an expert in our data and systems and be able to access underlying data for all customers and products.
• Generate insights and recommendations to drive growth across products.
• Understand key company and product objectives and prioritize programs accordingly.
• Execute key programs when needed, building strong relationships with product and engineering leaders and driving programs to completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of analytics, operations, and/or data science experience, ideally in PLG or B2C companies.
• Strong analytical skills, including Excel; proficiency in SQL and Tableau is preferred.
• Willingness to write queries and work with large data sets.
• Experience with best practices for a PLG technology stack.
• Experience driving
  - term
  - functional projects and serving as the "glue" to mobilize teams.
• Executive presence and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience is a plus.
