Position

We are looking for a Product Designer.

Responsibilities

• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Funnel Analysis, A/B & Multivariate Testing, User Flow Optimization.
• UX Research & Analysis: Usability Studies, User Interviews, Persona Development, Data Analysis.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaboration with Product, Marketing, Engineering & Data Science.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Basic knowledge of Dev
  Ops, ideally regarding configuration management, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience as a product designer in complex Saa
  S or Paa
  S products, Developer Experience tools (Dev
  Ex), or relevant experience in the computer technology industry.
• Solid understanding of
  - centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• High proficiency in Figma, using and contributing to design systems for UI consistency and reusability.
• Experience with AI in the UX design process for research, ideation, solution design, and validation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to contribute to technical feasibility discussions and articulate design decisions clearly.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
