Responsibilities

• Design product concepts that balance vision, business potential, and intuitive user experiences.
• Craft every detail for new product features from ideation to pixel‑perfect execution.
• Work closely with our UX Research team and connect with our customers to understand their needs and integrate feedback into product roadmaps and design iterations.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and team leads to support implementation and address any design‑related queries to drive your vision to the ship line.
• Support our evolving design system intentionally as we scale.
• Design within technical, business, and time constraints, ensuring a balance between innovation and practicality.

Requirements

• A university/college degree or certification in Product Design, UX Design, Graphic Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or any other related subject.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design within a product or software development team.
• Well‑rounded skills and experience to run projects independently end‑to‑end.
• Experience in creating prototypes or detailed mockups to create clear and visually appealing human interfaces.
• Proficiency in communicating complex design concepts clearly across different levels of the organization.
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility. Proven skills and working history in design and implementation of automated test plans.
