Join us as a Product Designer to lead the core experience of the Sword mobile app. The app serves as the central hub for member engagement, featuring onboarding, chat, profiles, and more.

Responsibilities:

1. Translate user needs, business, and technical requirements into visually appealing,
   -
   - use, and engaging designs.
2. Drive design solutions aligned with industry trends to support business goals.
3. Influence stakeholders across functions to support design strategies.
4. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketing, and other designers.
5. Integrate user research, testing, and product data into design decisions.
6. Create beautiful visual experiences for mobile and wearable interfaces.
7. Translate Sword’s brand identity into user interfaces following brand guidelines.
8. Ensure smooth
   -
   - development handoff.
9. Communicate clearly and proactively, explaining complex technical issues to diverse team members.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an
   - house product team.
2. Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills and storytelling.
3. Experience interpreting user data to inform design focused on goals and metrics.
4. Bachelor's or Master's in UX Design, HCI, or related field.
5. Proficiency in Figma and experience with Adobe tools.
6. Design for accessibility and understanding of Design Systems and atomic design principles.
7. Ability to create prototypes and express ideas visually.
8. Self-motivated, collaborative, and receptive to critique.
9. Deep understanding of how design impacts development.
