JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Digital Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of intuitive and impactful digital experiences. Collaborating with
- functional teams and utilizing Agile and Scrum frameworks, you will help create solutions that align user needs with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Digital Experience Lead in managing and driving a strategic project.
• Collaborate with development, product, and stakeholder teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Participate actively in sprints, refinements, and Scrum ceremonies, ensuring UX perspectives are
  - integrated.
• Analyze user experience metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with trends and best practices in UX design and Agile methodologies.

Hard skills:

• Solid knowledge of UX design principles, including
  - centered design practices.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of integrated Design Systems. Integration between Figma, Storybook, and Zeroheight.
• Ability to plan, execute, and maintain the app's Design System over time;
  
  
• Ability to create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Initiative and adaptability in resolving challenges between the designed experience and its development;
  
  
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting user experience data.
• Capacity to document and communicate design decisions effectively.
• Understanding of advanced interaction design principles, such as accessibility and usability heuristics.
• Exposure to conducting workshops with users and stakeholders.

• Leadership skills and ability to organize the work of junior designers;
  
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Adaptable and flexible in a
  - paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to Have:

• General understanding of React Native programming
• Experience in UX Research and conducting user interviews with feedback analysis.
