Your responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Lead the
  -
  - end design process for new products and features, from discovery to delivery, within your
  - functional team.
• Conduct user interviews, analyze data, and A/B test design solutions to validate decisions
• Create interactive prototypes and motion graphics to communicate complex interactions and
  - animations
• Design
  - perfect interfaces with strong attention to visual details and user experience fundamentals
• Work closely with Design Lead, Product Managers and Engineers, ensuring designs meet both technical and business requirements.
• Participate in design critiques and workshops, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the evolution of our Design System to design and update components, design patterns and guidelines, and collaborate with other designers and developers involved on the project

The minimum we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating research, interaction, and visual design skills.
• Experience with responsive web and mobile apps
• Design System: Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems in Figma.
• Experience with
  - driven design
  - making and familiarity with metrics.
• You work with Figma, our design tool. Pixel-perfect graphic design.
• Motion graphics skills - creating
  - interactions and animated UI elements is a plus.
• Good creative, logical, and technical communications skills. You’ll need to collaborate with other designers and
  - designer colleagues
• Critical and design thinking skills
• Team player. Our team members enjoy working and learning from each other
• Be passionate about how users think and behave in digital environments
• Be an
  - minded person, eager to make things better
• Have good communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English both written and spoken

A plus if you have:

• You have used or experimented with AI tools to accelerate your design work.
• Background in B2B Saa
  S or enterprise software
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
