We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to craft intuitive, elegant, and scalable user experiences. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to transform complex workflows into simple, engaging solutions. Your design leadership will directly shape our product vision, design culture, and user experience.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll own the design strategy and execution for our AI-powered data platform. You’ll drive research, champion UI/UX best practices, and create design systems that scale across features and modules. Working closely with engineers and product managers, you’ll ensure our product is both technically robust and
- friendly.

You’ll lead
-
- end design for AI and
- driven user workflows, conducting research, usability testing, and market discovery to inform the product. You’ll build and maintain a modern design system in Figma, working
-
- hand with
- end engineers on shared libraries and components to ensure efficiency and consistency. At the same time, you’ll advocate for UX quality while balancing technical and business requirements, helping to set the foundation for design excellence as Oraion grows.

What You’ll Do

• Own the design process from research and ideation to
  - fidelity execution.

• Translate technical requirements into simple, intuitive experiences for enterprise users.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs in Figma.

• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, leveraging component libraries for efficiency and consistency.

• Lead design research, usability testing, and validation activities.

• Champion accessibility and usability best practices across the product.

• Partner with engineers and product managers to define feature requirements.

• Communicate design rationale and facilitate workshops or design critiques.

• Mentor teammates and contribute to shaping the design culture in a
  - moving startup.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally with technical Saa
  S platforms.

• Proven experience designing
  - heavy interfaces (dashboards, analytics, reporting).

• Technical fluency and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and data teams.

• Proficiency in Figma and other modern prototyping/design tools.

• Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices, accessibility, and responsive design.

• Strong portfolio showing
  -
  - end design work (research → execution → shipped product).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in
  - stage startups preferred.
