We are seeking experienced Lead / Senior Product Designers to join on an exciting 6-month contract with a leading organisation based in Lisbon. This is a remote role, but candidates located near Lisbon will be prioritised for occasional

- paced environments. What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in B2B product design, ideally within Saa
S or enterprise platforms. Ability to simplify complex workflows and create
- friendly interfaces. Strong skills in design systems (Figma or similar) and component libraries. Experience in user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements. Comfortable working with distributed teams and aligning design decisions with business and technical goals. Knowledge of AI-assisted UX or automation features is a plus. Preferred Skills
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools. Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles. Familiarity with
- driven design and
- informed
