What you’ll do

• Lead design activities for web and mobile applications from ideation to
  - fidelity prototyping.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system, building components and architecting new needs.
• Collaborate with researchers, product managers, engineers and commercial stakeholders to deliver great and comprehensive experiences.
• Lead small projects and handle bigger ones with guidance; work with
  - direction and own design outcomes.
• Produce conceptual designs, socialize ideas internally and externally, and incorporate feedback.
• Prepare design artifacts for user testing and participate in sessions, capturing feedback.
• Annotate deliverables to communicate design intent clearly to the development team.
• Build simple and complex components to ensure product consistency and scalability; collaborate with
  - end engineers to reflect designs in code.

What you’ll bring

• At least 5 years designing experience on Web and Mobile applications.
• Professional experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Proto
  Pie, Illustrator or similar.
• Technical experience with creation and maintenance of Design Systems and reusable components.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion.

Nice to have

• Sportsbook or Sportsbetting products experience; interest in sports betting or other
  - intensive industries (Fin
  Tech).
• Adept at learning quickly in a
  - paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of usability and A/B testing.
• Problem solver with ideas that challenge the ordinary and drive them to life.
• Meticulous and organized,
  - oriented yet able to see the big picture.
