- We're looking for an Senior Product Manager | Diagnostics | Optics to join our team on our journey to revolutionize personalized medicine.

- About your Role

1. Engage directly with the leadership team to design and execute product development strategies, goals, and timelines.

2. Coordinate with the Engineering and R&D teams to conceptualize ideas and translate roadmaps into tangible products.

3. Coordinate thorough testing and validation strategies for prototypes and final products, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

4. Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.

5. Manage and prioritize multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

6. Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as researchers, clinicians, and industry experts, to gather insights and ensure market needs are met.

7. Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to ensure seamless transition from product development to manufacturing.

8. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to drive the development of
- edge commercial products.

- Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Biology, or related fields (Bonus:

Master’s or Ph
D).

2. +3 years experience in Product Engineering or Product Development (Bonus:

Life Sciences experience).

3. Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in coordinating and managing
- functional teams.

4. Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successfully delivering commercial products.

5. Ability to thrive in a
- paced
- up environment that may require adapting quickly to new directions or taking initiative and ownership of key workstreams.

6. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategy, roadmaps, and vision to a range of audiences.

7. Ability to gain consensus among
- functional teams and build positive working relationships.

- Bonus Skills

- Understanding of Optics (spectroscopy, Raman, FTIR or similar techniques).

- Understanding of AI (machine learning, deep learning).
