Continuously improve development processes, testing practices, and core tech foundations

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Degree in STEM, Management, or related field (preferential)

1+ year experience managing projects or leading teams in a tech environment

3+ years experience in
- stack web development

Fast learner and sense of responsibility

Pragmatic mindset: focuses on shipping value, not perfection

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
