What you’ll do
Catawiki sells objects ranging from the Art House Poster to stamps, antique weaponry, loose diamonds and classic cars. We are dedicated to making every sale a great experience for buyer and seller, and our customer service teams support questions and disputes as needed. As we’re rapidly expanding, we’re investing in CS tech to enable automated workflows and the latest AI capabilities. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager CS Tech to strengthen our team of product managers, engineers, designers and data scientists.

Product challenges
As a Senior Product Manager CS Tech, you will work with a multidisciplinary team within our Fulfillment vertical on the following:
- Customer experience management: Enable the CX department to service buyers and sellers more effectively while improving CSAT
- Market knowledge: Apply industry best practices and trends to optimise the CX function (e. g. ,
- service tooling, AI models) - Communication: Ensure ongoing alignment with CX, C-level and other stakeholders on this
- priority topic - Analysis: Use data analysis to identify opportunities and improvements in the customer support journey and processes
- Problem solving: Quickly assess issues and propose resolutions for a positive customer experience
- Team collaboration: Collaborate with Data Science, CX Design and other internal teams
- Adaptability: Adjust to changing customer and business needs and technology
- Leadership: Inspire and motivate engineers and internal stakeholders to deliver on ambitious plans
What you’ll bring
In addition to demonstrable experience as a Product Manager in a
- growing online company, you should have:
- An interest and curiosity in the world of online auctions and/or being a passionate enthusiast in one of the areas Catawiki plays
- Ability to pose probing questions to understand and structure challenges
- Ability to converge on a vision and plan quickly, even with conflicting views
- Ability to substantiate claims with relevant data and clearly communicate this to stakeholders
- An intrinsic motivation to drive improvements and overcome resistance to change
- Familiarity with A/B experimentation and learning from both positive and negative results
- Energy, commercial focus and a sense of urgency; a
- motivated,
- driven problem solver - Experience as a Product Manager, ideally in payments or a
- focused area
Where you’ll be
This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, with a relocation package for those moving from abroad. To support onboarding, we’ll arrange regular travel to Catawiki’s Amsterdam office to help you feel integrated.

Our Offices and Way of Working
Our offices in Amsterdam, Paris and Lisbon are designed to inspire and connect. Most Catawikians enjoy a hybrid work model and typically come into the office 2 days out of 5. If the role specifies 100% remote working, that arrangement applies.
