Job Description

In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across engineering and business teams to identify and implement innovative solutions that meet business objectives and align with product roadmaps.

You will lead product initiatives, assess the impact of features, and balance business needs with technical constraints. Your role involves working closely with design, development, and business teams to deliver solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define the vision and strategy for procurement products.
2. Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business and procurement goals.
3. Create prioritization matrices for features based on impact and needs.
4. Lead the design of new procurement features with a
   - centric approach.
5. Translate business requirements into technical solutions through collaboration.
6. Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and optimize features.
7. Communicate vision, roadmap, and metrics to stakeholders and secure
   - in.
8. Manage the product lifecycle from planning to maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Significant experience in product management.
• Deep understanding of product management and technological solutions.
• Experience in strategy development and roadmap management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience delivering

  - end procurement solutions.
• Experience working with procurement teams and initiatives.
• Knowledge of procurement software and technologies.
