Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own our product roadmap and lead
-
- day execution with engineering and design. Your focus: drive
- led growth (PLG) by making our platform the primary engine for adoption, engagement, and revenue.

What you’ll do

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap.
• Lead
  - functional daily standups (frontend, backend, UX).
• Prioritize backlog, write user stories, and ship
  - quality releases.
• Design features that create “aha!” moments and user habits (Hook Model).
• Use data and experiments to improve onboarding, retention, and growth.
• Align stakeholders across engineering, design, sales, and marketing.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in product management, with proven PLG Saa
  S experience.
• Strong track record driving user adoption and retention through product.
• Analytical mindset with
  - on experience in product analytics and A/B testing.
• Excellent communicator and leader, comfortable in a startup environment.
• Familiarity with AWS ecosystem or B2B marketplaces is a plus.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (hybrid/onsite).
