Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimisation of our innovative products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful products in a
- paced environment. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with
- functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, aligning with the company’s overall goals and market opportunities.
- Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritising features and initiatives based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and
- launch analysis, making
- driven decisions to enhance product performance. - Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
We’re looking for someone with the skills and experience to excel in a
- paced, dynamic environment:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in product management
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing and launching complex products, preferably in a tech or software environment.
- Leadership Skills: Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate
- functional teams. - Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and
- solving abilities, with a
- driven approach to
- making. - Communication Skills: Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
- AI: Experience building AI products, working on an AI roadmap, or experimenting with AI implementations is preferable.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
