Position

• Title: Senior Product Manager
• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Languages: English (main) / Portuguese, Spanish, Polish or French (nice-to-have)

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and vision for core internal platforms that support network operations, performance optimisation, and partner enablement.
• Translate operational workflows and constraints into scalable product solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and consistency across markets.
• Drive discovery with internal stakeholders: map processes, identify bottlenecks, and turn ambiguity into structured requirements.
• Work with Engineering to scope, prioritise, and deliver increments that bring measurable business impact.
• Partner with Data teams to ensure products are built on high‑quality datasets and enable data‑driven decision making at scale.
• Maintain a strong execution rhythm with clear Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and ongoing alignment across squads.
• Contribute to product standards, tooling, and ways of working that raise the bar for the entire team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in product management in fast‑paced tech environments.
• Proven track record building products that support internal users, complex workflows, or operational processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down problems, challenge assumptions, and work comfortably with data.
• Solid understanding of system interactions, dependencies, and the downstream effects of product decisions.
• Experience driving cross‑functional execution with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Ability to go deep into the details without losing sight of the bigger system.
• Clear communicator who can align diverse teams around a shared goal.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, structured in approach, pragmatic in delivery.
