Responsibilities

• Support retailing transformation of the travel industry by delivering orders and airport experience of the future.
• Enable travel experience, operational efficiency, and brand differentiation for airlines with customer & journey centricity.
• Work as part of a core incubation team with Product Managers, UX, Solutions & pre‑sales, collaborating with engineering teams in France, UK, India, and Australia; global reach and partnership with customers, product managers, and pre‑sales across all markets.
• Report directly to the Head of Product.

Key Accountabilities

• Own the Flight Operational Activities of the Delivery Management portfolio, serving airline customers across multiple solutions.
• Build deep understanding of the industry, market, customers, competitors, and potential partners.
• Develop comprehensive product & portfolio knowledge.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead requirement gathering, product design, build, delivery, and implementation with engineering and project teams.
• Monitor product success:
  • Define & validate value hypotheses through opportunity management.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date financial business cases.
• Contribute to innovation with engineering teams.
• Drive go‑to‑market strategy with the Product Marketing team and empower sales, accounts, and solution teams to promote your products.
• Own the product portion of the portfolio business case.
• Contribute to global product management practice.
• Create and nurture relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate

• Over 5 years of prior experience as Product Manager or at least 10 years in roles closely related to product management such as Product Owner.
• Strong understanding of Agile and scaled Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe, and hands‑on experience within Agile Release Trains.
• Effective communication and analytical thinking to manage internal and external interactions, translating business needs into actionable plans and deliverables.
• A strong appetite to learn about complex ecosystems and solutions, driving internal & external discussions and continuous improvement.
• Ability to navigate between high‑level strategy and detailed functional solution discussions.
• Software product design experience is a plus.
• Autonomous, proactive, and self‑learner.
