Senior Product Manager

Join Dremio as a Senior Product Manager and play a key role in building the unified lakehouse platform that powers data analytics and AI for global enterprises such as Maersk, Amazon, and Regeneron.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Dremio, you will drive strategy, vision, and execution for key product portfolio areas. You’ll own initiatives that shape the long‑term roadmap, define innovative features, improve customer experience, and influence pricing, positioning, and go‑to‑market success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage directly with customers to understand their goals, pain points, and workflows—translating insights into product improvements.
• Define and deliver product features and experiences across Dremio’s portfolio, partnering with UX to craft intuitive, frictionless solutions.
• Work through ambiguity with curiosity and structure, turning insights into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and measurable goals that drive business and customer impact.
• Build alignment and shared ownership of your product vision across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and executive leadership to shape go‑to‑market strategies and enable customer success.
• Leverage quantitative data and qualitative insights to inform prioritization, evaluate impact, and continuously improve product outcomes.
• Represent Dremio externally through customer engagements, conferences, and community events, championing our product vision and learning directly from the field.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of product management experience with a track record of delivering impactful products or features from concept to launch, ideally in data, cloud, or developer‑focused domains.
• Strong product thinking and prioritization skills, balancing customer needs, technical trade‑offs, and business goals to make data‑informed decisions.
• Customer‑obsessed mindset—actively seeking to understand users and translating insights into simple, intuitive product experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, building strong partnerships with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive alignment and execution.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, with a sense of urgency and ownership; navigating ambiguity by asking the right questions, conducting research, and driving toward clarity and action.
• Analytical and curious, comfortable using both data and qualitative insights to identify opportunities and measure success.
• Empathetic teammate and culture builder, fostering positive, inclusive, outcome‑oriented interactions.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with Saa
