Job purpose: We are looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager to help lead the evolution of the IWG mobile app — a key touchpoint for millions of users navigating flexible workspaces worldwide. You will shape and execute product initiatives that support our ambition to build one of the most intuitive and reliable workspace booking experiences on the market. You will work across discovery and delivery cycles to enhance the app’s usability, consistency and performance, ensuring that users can find, book, and manage their workspace needs anytime, anywhere.
You will collaborate with the Director of Apps & Experience and
- functional teams to define priorities, solve real user problems, and drive measurable impact. This is a role for someone who understands that the magic of a great product lies in the details, in consistency, and in clarity of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand IWG’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products recognised as the best in the industry.
- Identify opportunities to improve our product offering across the entire stack — our user mobile apps (Android and i
OS), our backend APIs, our internal tools for operations and integrations with third party services. - Translate strategic direction into clear product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user expectations.
- Empathise with the needs of our users in the context of flexible working space and the opportunities arising from them.
- Create, maintain and prioritise the product backlog in alignment with the product roadmap and vision, creating appropriate business cases to drive product enhancement.
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
- Define, monitor, and analyse key metrics to evaluate performance, inform iterations, and track success.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Create and maintain a structured,
- prioritised backlog in collaboration with design, engineering and data teams to deliver features that delight users. Maintain an ‘always be shipping’ mindset at a sustainable pace. - Communicate timelines and progress with stakeholders to ensure they are up to date and bought into the development lifecycle.
- Evaluate delivered features to measure their impact and learn from their performance.
- Develop detailed insights into user behaviour and use them to iterate rapidly.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Strong product experience, ideally in high growth teams, preferably in the mobile/ecommerce/consumer space.
- 5+ years of product management experience, delivering consumer-facing mobile apps (i
OS/Android). - Led the delivery of substantial projects from start to finish.
- Experienced at pulling, crunching and analysing data.
- Solid product intuition combined with a data-informed mindset capable of defining and interpreting metrics, A/B tests, and user insights.
- Strong understanding of technology.
- Empathetic, with the ability to collect information from various sources and synthesise it effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – you adjust your communication and working style to suit a wide range of stakeholders.
- Conscientious, entrepreneurial, proactive, curious, with strong attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in platforms involving bookings, reservations, scheduling, or
- time availability management. - Background in proptech, travel, airlines, hospitality, or marketplace products.
- Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Hotjar, Contentful, Firebase, Jira, Figma, Notion or similar.
- Understanding of app store optimization, performance tracking, and mobile release cycles.
- Exposure to service design and how digital products integrate with physical service environments (optional, but a plus).
