About the role

As Product Manager, you will lead

- day product development across mobile and web, combining strategic vision with execution to deliver impact and AI-powered features. You will work closely with design, engineering, and leadership to shape

What You-'ll Be Doing

• Full product lifecycle management: from ideation and prototyping to development, release, and iteration
• Collaboration with development and design teams to deliver quality user experiences
• Stakeholder management: gather feedback, manage expectations, ensure alignment between business and technical teams, and communicate progress clearly
• Product strategy and roadmap ownership: define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring it supports both business goals and user needs
• Requirement gathering and discovery: run user interviews, surveys, and competitor research; map problems, validate ideas quickly, write clear hypotheses, and define success metrics for experiments or features
• Agile process leadership: manage the product backlog, lead sprint planning and retrospectives, and ensure timely delivery in a Scrum environment
• Documentation and training: maintain clear product documentation and support onboarding for internal and external stakeholders

We-'re seeking someone who is comfortable owning the full product development cycle and thrives in an agile,
- paced environment. You should be confident working independently, passionate about digital product building, and bring strong communication and analytical skills to the table. The successful candidate will be comfortable in ambiguity, AI-driven, inquisitive by nature, and motivated by results.

Qualifications

• Preferably based in Porto, Portugal
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience
• Proven track record of delivering
  -
  - end digital products
• Self-driven, comfortable taking full ownership of the product lifecycle
• Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams (engineering, design, business)
• Deep understanding of mobile and web platforms
• Strong interest in the i
  Gaming industry and sports
• Experience with Vibe Coding is a plus
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing and driving acquisition is a plus
• Big plus if experienced with SEO and ASO
