About you:

We’re looking for an exceptional and ambitious product manager to lead our Consumer Savings squad. You will take the lead in building our consumer savings app to hit our ambitious deposit targets for our bank. You are experienced in managing consumer facing products in a regulated environment. You’re a practical product thinker who can juggle user needs, business goals, and operational realities. You’re comfortable digging into the detail—whether that’s interest calculations, internal workflows, or customer journeys. You’re collaborative, structured in how you work, and are at ease working with stakeholders in complex environments to deliver great outcomes for your end customers

What’s the role:

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Bank Core squad and be responsible for our consumer savings product, working closely with commercial teams to grow our presence in Portugal and then through Europe. You’ll work across the product lifecycle—from understanding customer needs and regulatory constraints, to shaping product experiences and improving the operational processes that support them. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, operations, compliance, and customer support to improve how we serve customers and scale the business efficiently.

Your Responsibilities:

• Own the roadmap for our consumer savings app—defining priorities, improving UX, and ensuring the product delivers real value to users.
• Lead discovery work to understand savings behaviour, identify pain points, and test new features, working with the commercial team to grow deposits.
• Use customer insights and data to guide
  - making, measure performance, and iterate on the products you build and manage.
• Work closely with compliance and risk teams to ensure product features align with regulatory requirements.
• Partner with engineers and designers to ship products quickly and effectively.

What’s your ideal background?

• 5+ years experience in product management with experience in a regulated financial services or fintech environment.
• Experience building mobile products, with savings or personal finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field. (MBA or equivalent useful but not essential. )
• A track record of designing or improving internal systems and tooling in partnership with ops and engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of financial operations, compliance needs, and how to manage operational risk through good design.
• Confident working with data—able to interpret user and performance metrics to inform product decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills—you bring people together and get things done.
• Comfortable working in a
  - moving environment and willing to get
  - on when needed.
