As a Senior Product Owner specializing in Agentic AI you will be at the forefront of defining, developing and launching groundbreaking AI‑driven products that empower Siemens and its customers. You will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for Agentic AI solutions, translating complex business needs into clear product strategies and executable roadmaps. Your expertise in Agentic AI, paired with a deep understanding of product management principles, will guide cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful, intelligent automation and decision‑making capabilities. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Definition: Define and articulate a compelling product vision and comprehensive strategy for Agentic AI solutions, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and emerging market opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct
- depth market research, competitive analysis and customer discovery to identify requirements and anticipate trends within the rapidly evolving Agentic AI landscape. - Roadmap Development: Develop, maintain and communicate a robust product roadmap, prioritising features and initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility and strategic impact.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the entire product lifecycle from initial concept generation and ideation through meticulous development, successful launch and continuous iteration for our Agentic AI products.
- Requirements Translation: Translate high‑level product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and precise alignment for engineering, data science and UX teams.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration: Act as the central point of coordination among business stakeholders, customers and technical teams, promoting open communication and ensuring solutions are delivered that accurately reflect user requirements and fulfil business objectives.
- Agile Execution: Manage and prioritise the product backlog, facilitating agile ceremonies (e. g. , sprint planning, reviews) to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with key stakeholders across various departments to gather critical input, build consensus and effectively communicate product progress, performance and strategic impact.
- Solution Advocacy: Drive the adoption of Agentic AI solutions, educating internal teams and potential users on their transformative capabilities and tangible business benefits.
- Performance Optimization: Systematically gather user feedback, analyse product performance metrics and drive iterative improvements to maximise user satisfaction and product efficiency.
- Technological Foresight: Monitor and analyse the latest advancements in Agentic AI, including multi‑agent systems, autonomous decision‑making, reinforcement learning and advanced orchestration frameworks.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to identify strategic opportunities for enhancing existing products and developing groundbreaking new solutions.
- Research & Development Partnership: Collaborate closely with AI research and engineering teams to push the boundaries of what is achievable with Agentic AI, ensuring our products maintain a leading‑edge position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Business Administration or a closely related technical field.
- 5‑7 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably with a significant focus on AI/ML products.
- Demonstrable understanding of Agentic AI principles, architectures and technologies, including agent frameworks, planning, reasoning and interaction protocols.
- Proven experience owning and driving the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous iteration within an agile development environment.
- Proficiency in product management methodologies, tools and best practices (e. g. , Agile, Scrum, Jira, Confluence).
- Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving and strategic decision‑making capabilities, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e. g. , Lang
Chain, Auto
Gen, Crew
AI), orchestration platforms or custom agent development. - Experience in launching and scaling enterprise‑grade AI products, particularly those involving autonomous or semi‑autonomous agents.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking, UX principles and data‑driven product development methodologies.
- Familiarity with Siemens’ operational landscape, digital transformation initiatives or specific industry domains relevant to Siemens.
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective AI/ML services.
