We are looking for a Product Manager to work in Lisbon that's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about

• Own the product lifecycle, from conception to delivery and ongoing improvements.
• Align internal and external stakeholders with the product vision and requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and market trends to ensure product compliance and competitiveness.
• Identify market needs through direct interaction with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure the value proposition is clearly defined and communicated.
• Define and monitor product KPIs to track performance and success.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Gather, manage, and prioritize product requirements.
• Collaborate with all teams to ensure successful product delivery and project execution.
• Define and update the product Business Case and communication plan.
• Prepare, validate, and maintain product documentation.
• Provide third‑line support for business‑related product inquiries.

Qualifications and Experience

• +4 experience as a Product Manager in a growth‑focused role.
• Strong business analysis and analytical skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and results‑oriented.
• Proven experience in product management (minimum 5 years).
• Preferably experience in IT or payments product/service management.
• Knowledge of payment systems.
• Familiarity with problem‑solving and solution‑design methodologies (e. g. , Design Thinking).
• Understanding of IT systems and data modeling.
• Experience with requirements analysis and functional specifications.
• Excellent relational and communication skills.
• Living in Lisbon (Hybrid role).
• Fluent level of English.
