We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to work in Lisbon who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about

Owning the product roadmap, setting priorities, enhancing user experience, and ensuring we deliver real value to users.

Driving discovery efforts to deeply understand user savings behavior, identifying pain points, testing new features, and working with the commercial team to grow deposits.

Using customer insights and data to guide decisions, measure product performance, and iterate on features and solutions.

Collaborating closely with compliance and risk teams to ensure our products are fully aligned with regulatory requirements.

Partnering with engineers and designers to develop and launch products quickly and effectively.

What we are looking for:

5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within regulated financial services or fintech.

Strong track record in building mobile products, particularly in savings or personal finance.

A degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.

Proven experience designing or improving internal systems and tools in collaboration with operations and engineering teams.

Solid understanding of financial operations, compliance, and managing operational risk through thoughtful product design.

Confidence working with data—you know how to analyze user behavior and performance metrics to inform product decisions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you’re great at bringing people together and making things happen.

Comfortable operating in a
- paced, dynamic environment and willing to get
- on when needed.

Fluent in Portuguese and English - Mandatory. Non Portuguese Speakers won´t be considered for the position.

✨ Work Location & Flexibility:

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in our office in Portugal. We are open to candidates who are able to relocate and obtain legal work authorization for Portugal within 60 days.
