Production Project Manager

We are looking for a Production Project Manager to join an international team responsible for coordinating the implementation of infrastructure and application projects in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects while ensuring compliance with cost, timeline, and quality objectives;
• Ensure that each project follows the organization’s standard architecture principles, maintaining resilience, scalability, and maintainability;
• Work closely with development and application teams to define and implement technical solutions that support business needs;
• Consider obsolescence, decommissioning costs, and resiliency throughout the project lifecycle;
• Coordinate multiple technical contributors and manage budgets and resources (man‑days and infrastructure);
• Provide project status reports and updates to management;
• Implement effective governance structures (project committees, steering committees, etc. ).
• Ensure a smooth handover to run/operations teams after each go‑live;
• Participate in project rollouts during both working and non‑working hours, depending on the application’s criticality;
• Contribute to SLA definition and continuous improvement of production standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Dev
  Ops practices: CI/CD, automation, Agile, infrastructure as code;
• Cloud migration: Iaa
  S, Paa
  S, microservices, and container‑based architectures;
• Experience with Service
  Now or similar ITSM tools;
• Portuguese: Fluent / Native;
• English: Advanced / Expert (required);
• French: Basic knowledge (a plus);
• Proactive and dynamic approach;
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Analytical mindset and focus on quality and continuous improvement.
