Senior Productivity Manager Healthcare Region South West (M/F/D)
What you will enjoy doing
- You will lead the development of RSW productivity in the Homecare area by identifying, scoping, and supporting the implementation of performance enhancement and strategic projects / programs
- Additionally you will plan and deploy cross‑functional projects across different Homecare units, collaborating with partners across the organization to prioritize key initiatives and drive results
- Moreover you will identify project and program issues, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure high‑quality, timely project execution and accurate reporting into the system
- You will support the Homecare business in improving processes and promote the adoption of lean methodologies to enable quicker, transparent, and data‑driven decision‑making
- Furthermore, you will coach and oversee additional projects for Homecare RSW, including leading training programs as part of your mission
- You will actively participate in digitalisation and task automation process, contributing to the company’s evolution towards digital transformation
What makes you great
- You hold a degree in Engineering or Business Management
- You are fluent in both English and German. If you speak French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus
- You exhibit good project management skills, know how to structure projects, control timelines and manage project team
- You excel in handling complex negotiations and are highly adapted at communicating with senior management
- You have a proven track record of successfully managing high‑impact Healthcare or Industrial projects
- You know or are willing to learn project management frameworks such as Lean, Agile or Scrum
- You are a digital enthusiast
- You’re proactive, full of energy and willing to travel often
- Are you ready to face new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company’s digital transformation project
- You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation

This role is a full time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:00 hrs till 17:00 hrs.
