- scale programs. * Define and implement program approaches and plans, coordinating multiple projects, vendors, and delivery teams. * Track KPIs, benefits, and program integration while facilitating PI (Program Increment) planning. * Create or approve project initiation documentation, delivery approaches, and success criteria. * Contribute to the project or program delivery strategy. * Deliver projects within agreed scope, budget, and timelines while managing risks, issues, and quality standards. * Implement delivery practices and methodologies; facilitate workshops, meetings, and
- gathering sessions. * Stay close to technical and functional details, ensuring alignment between **business** and technical requirements. * Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans; facilitate
- level discussions and governance meetings. * Create and manage project budgets* Proactively identify and address delivery challenges, dependencies, and change management needs. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Delivery Practice or CSG, enhancing efficiency and best practices. * Mentor and collaborate with less experienced Project Managers to support skill development and project success. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. * Overall 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in program management. * Proven business acumen coupled with strong skills in organizational change management and communications* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc. ) and tooling (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, ADO etc. ). * Relevant certifications (e. g. , PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications). * A seasoned project or delivery professional with strong expertise in managing large, complex, and
- functional projects or workstreams. * A collaborative leader who excels at coordinating
