We are currently strengthening the team of one of our clients with the following profile: Senior Program/Project Manager – Hybrid (Lisbon).

What we are looking for

• Extensive experience in project and programme management, with a proven track record of delivering complex transformation initiatives.
• Success in leading digital and IT-enabled transformation programmes, including developing and executing robust business cases.
• Strong background in change management, guiding organizations through cultural, operational, and technological change.
• Experience applying Lean principles and driving continuous improvement across business processes.
• Proven leadership in
  - functional environments, fostering collaboration between business, IT, and digital teams.
• Fluency in English (C2 - mandatory).
