Senior Programme Manager (Business Enablement)
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to drive, own, oversee and coordinate multiple high‑impact strategic projects and transformation initiatives within Blip. The ideal candidate will support the delivery of Blip's strategy and strategic initiatives, by managing complex programs, and ensuring alignment with cross‑divisional teams. The selected candidate will support the General Manager and Blip’s Leadership in all their initiatives by using strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, problem‑solving, & business awareness.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own and Drive Strategic Programs
- Own, plan, and implement high‑impact cross‑functional projects and change initiatives for Blip, ensuring alignment with the Blip’s strategic goals.
- Ensure the translation of strategic priorities into actionable project plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with the teams.
- In partnership with GM and Blip’s Leadership, explore possibilities and different scenarios to help them navigate change and shape Blip’s strategy and long‑term plans aspirations.
Leadership, Problem‑Solving & Business Awareness
- Outstanding leadership skills to ensure the selected candidate is seen as a role model and able to influence teams with its knowledge and experience of delivery and agile ways of working.
- Capacity to analyze Blip’s business challenges and develop data‑driven recommendations, conduct strategic assessments and present alternative solutions with clear pros/cons analysis and suggested implementation of roadmaps.
- Having business awareness and clear understanding of the strategies and priorities across the business, and how they can create challenges or opportunities for Blip to ensure proper advice to the GM and Blip’s Leadership.
Monitor Progress & Governance
- Track the delivery of program objectives and benefits, taking proactive steps to ensure successful outcomes.
- Identify dependencies and potential bottlenecks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance efficiency.
Reporting, Insights & Quality Assurance
- Provide clear and insightful progress reports, project status, flagging risks and issues to support the GM to take informed decision‑making.
- Deliver post‑project analysis for the expected outcomes, including lessons learned and recommendations for further initiatives.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and rigorous validation for all the deliverables — from data analyses to presentations, ensuring that all the outputs are consistent and compliant, before being sent to senior leaders.
Critical Thinking
- Challenge assumptions and ask the right questions to clarify objectives and strengthen decisions.
- Support the GM work by proposing pragmatic and impactful solutions to the programs and location initiatives, providing clear insights and better ways to solve problems.
Stakeholder Engagement & Effective Communication
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the POC for senior stakeholders in some of Blip’s strategic projects, providing clear updates on program progress and challenges.
- Support the GM and Blip’s Leadership in the communication of the key projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring clarity and tailored information to different audiences, in order to build trust and influencing.
- Work with GM to execute precise stakeholder mapping & engagement plan.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and locations to deliver tangible, impactful change and, when it is the case, ensure changes are effectively embedded and are able to enhance delivery long‑term value for Blip.
- Build strong collaborative working relationships across teams.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience leading complex, high‑value projects with measurable business outcomes and with multiple stakeholders.
- Solid experience in program/project management roles.
- Inspires and influences cross‑functional teams, driving alignment with organisational goals, and fostering high performance in challenging environments.
- Recognised for results‑driven leadership, delivering consistently within demanding timelines.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, adept at navigating senior executive relationships and building trust through openness, transparency, and respect.
- Champions organisational change, embedding continuous improvement into core values, principles, and practices.
- Maintains momentum in fast‑paced environments through agility, decisiveness, and a focus on quality outcomes.
- Experience in managing complex business problems, evaluating multiple solution alternatives using structured decision‑making frameworks, challenging existing assumptions, and questioning established processes.
- Adaptable and skilled at navigating ambiguity through initiative and critical thinking.
