- equipment and hybridization (wind and storage) of the solar parks and exploring Agri-Energy opportunities.

Job Description

As our new Senior Project Developer, you will focus on developing current and future projects, supporting business development and construction teams. You will oversee all permitting stages (environmental, electrical, municipal, etc. ), ensuring positive stakeholder relations. Projects will mainly involve wind, solar, and storage.

Specific Tasks And Deliverables

• Launch and assess feasibility reports for identified opportunities
• Manage and monitor each step of the permitting process
• Coordinate resources, control, and report project status
• Interact with external providers
• Implement and monitor improvements or corrective actions in project management
• Report progress, flag risks, and propose solutions
• Coordinate with HQ support units in Paris for project optimization
• Partner with business development, support stakeholder relationships, and mentor colleagues
• Ensure permit compliance during construction and coordinate technical studies

In this senior role, you will also mentor other Project Developers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Driving license required (projects outside Lisbon)
• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrotechnical, Environmental Engineering, or similar
• 5-8 years of experience as a Project Developer in renewable energy, preferably Portugal
• Experience with local administration and regulation of renewable projects in Portugal
• Basic design experience with wind/solar projects; proficient with Auto
  CAD and similar software
• Operate with integrity and confidentiality
• Strong communication skills (written and oral)
